Paris (La Seine et ses ponts)  

In this section you’ll find the works of art related to Paris and its resident artists. Fascinated by the City of Light, its history and many iconic bridges crossing river Seine over the years attending in auctions, car boots, flea markets and charity shops and without having a specific focus, silently a nice collection has build up. Many of the German women (printmaking) artists students came to Paris to study at the different academies, likewise the American, and Scandinavian sisters. Here, in Paris in the artistic melting pot Modern Printmaking was born.
