Almost completely obscured Berlin artist but for one oil painting sold in auction. In May 2023 this surprisingly nice 1935 woodblock showed up and was acquired for the collection. The use of colours and stylishly it is reminding of prints by Hedwig Matthiessen and Christa Lettow-Vorbeck. She is mentioned, as a member,  in the archives of the VdBK and in Dressler’s Kunsthandbuch 1930.

Her biography, family, ancestry and career are still a mystery.

She was confused with Hungarian etcher Maria (Mariska) Augustin.
